Installed Dave Etter's Pad Keeper
Before
After
The quality of the pad keeper is excellent, instructions are clear and install only took 20 min. Dave was great to work with, too.

Took a much needed break from working on the new house to give the baby a thorough wash, clay, and seal. I feel much better now.

A while back I ordered Tore's rear fog light conversion kit for my '96C2 to fix the dead cruise control after converting all my lights to LEDs. So, instead of installing the inline resistor that Tore offers, I opted for the additional lights, except I installed regular bulbs to add the needed resistance. Easy peasy!
Test successful.
Lights on...
Breaks on! Took it for a test drive and confirmed the cruise control issue fixed.

Burning Brakes
Bought BBi StreetCup billet uprights and added them to the "993 suspension upgrade parts stash". Hope to have enough parts to start that project soon...

Painted my rotor “hats”
The rotor centers were painted a gloss white, and it has bothered me since I bought the car. being lazy, I was planning on replacing them, but each year my mechanic would tell me that there was plenty of life left in them.
