Have you thought about running the Fister IIs and having a local exhaust shop fabricate some turn down tips to easily unclamp our tips and switch for track days?
Hi John,

First and foremost, the Fabspeed Sportcats are awesome! Truly transformative, and made the track season extra special and fun. Thank you, and thanks to all the guys at Fabspewd who make it all happen. Fabspeed's ear to the 993 Forum, and willingness to step up with new products like the single wall tips you recently added http://www.fabspeed.com/porsche-993-...P_SBoC0gPw_wcB is also greatly appreciated.

Yes, I did consider turn down pipes, however (i) it's a shame to hide beautiful beautiful tips, and (ii) I had a pair of Fister I's that Darin was kind enough to fashion just lying in the basement waiting. The truth of the matter is that I should go to turn downs and save the ten pounds that the Fister I's add.

Jim that is very kind of you to say, thank you very much for the feedback! It is one thing to see/hear people using out products, but it is not often someone takes the time to thank us If you are ever in the area please stop by and i'll introduce you to the team and give you a personal tour of our showroom and product development process!

Lol yeah the tips are pretty sharp looking, and turn downs are functional yet not very aesthetically pleasing Either way its fun to experiment and glad you are having a good time with it!

Not generally a fan of decals but in combination with the white car, ducktail and murdered out wheels it looks really great.
Tough to get on straight?

As with most projects, if you take your time it's not so bad. I did a few dry runs and then taped the decal in place, slowly peeled the backing away and then applied pressure using a small plastic applicator.

I like the Porsche decals. Suits the character of the car nicely.

Today I got the power steering rack back in, and the control arms out. Progress!

Took my son out to Angeles Crest this morning. On the way back to the city, got some pics with some urban scenery.

I've been celebrating the stunning fall weather here in southern Ontario with nightly drives. I'll keep it going until the temps drop and the frost begins. Until then, we ride

Can you tell the difference with the steering rack brace? I am thinking about ordering the bushings and brace from rennline.
