Just to clarify, I will personally be handling this group buy order. For those that are interested in being a part of this group buy, please PM me with your full contact information and the product you are interested in. I will then add you to the list and post the latest count up on this thread.

As of RIGHT NOW I only have Martin confirmed. PM me guys, lets make this happen for you

I would like to jump in this GB, however I need to clarify few things:

In your website the bypass CAT X pipe claims less power gain vs the X pipe with CAT, is this a typo?

I do have a 95' Bischof exhaust, hence only one bung for the 02 sensor. Is the X pipe only one type or there is two types, for 95' for single 02 sensor and for 96' + for quad 02 sensor layout?

Also I'm in, if I can get the 25% disscount. Yep, I'm cheapo guy on budget always So technically count me in!

I think there are lock off caps for the other sensor bungs if you are OBD I. See around 3:17 on this video:

Default For those that have not been to the Fabspeed Web Site....

Product Details:
High-performance X-Pipe replaces the OEM catalytic converters straight through pipes for maximum flow and power.

This high performance Porsche exhaust system is designed specifically for the 993 Carrera. Its x-pipe design bypasses the catalytic converters for impressive weight reduction and optimal airflow. Installing this bolt-on component gives your Carrera an increase of 8 horsepower and 19 ft/lbs of torque while reducing the overall weight by 11 pounds. (In my experience this is very conservative...I saw a 26 HP gain, dyno included in this string, somewhere.)

The Porsche 993 Carrera was built with two different flange styles over the years. Simply select the style applicable for your 993 from the dropdown above. Installation is simple. No cutting, welding, or need for adapters during the process. We built this exhaust system to fit exactly how the original fit, and we have included all the necessary hardware and gaskets in this package. Get the most out of your Porsche with high performance parts built by Fabspeed Motorsports.

FEATURES:

Fits all Porsche 993 Carrera vehicles (1994-1998)
Adds 8 whp and 19 ft-lbs of torque greatly improving throttle response (Conservative: See above)
Saves 11lbs from rear of the car
Constructed from CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel for maximum quality, performance and durability
Simply bolt-on installation; no cutting or welding required
Includes all required hardware and gaskets
All Fabspeed performance products are backed by the Fabspeed Lifetime Limited Warranty
Optional 02 Spacers available to minimize C.E.L occurrences (Primary Catbypass)
DISCLAIMER: The original factory ball-joint clamps must be re-used when installing Fabspeed exhaust products on all 993 Carrera vehicles.
NOTE: The 993 Carrera Sportcat X-Pipe can be ordered with either Bischoff style flanges or Gillet style flanges. Vehicles manufactured from 1994 through mid-1996 require Bischoff style flanges, while vehicles manufactured from mid-1996 through 1998 require Gillet style flanges. Please refer to the web site photo and verify on your vehicle before ordering.

Yes that is a typo it should read 18hp. I'll have my site guys try and get that resolved soon. In regards to the O2 sensor layout we always ask for the exact year of the vehicle in order to confirm which O2 layout needs to be included on our X-Pipe, so no worries there.

Thanks for joining the group buy! We are all members of the same passion here, so when if we can reduce manufacturing costs and pass them along to with a group buy we are all for it If you could PM me your name and contact information I'll add you to the list!

The only gremlin in a DIY are the dreaded seized bolts - nuts.

Here are the instructions we have available for the 993 created when we first developed this product. Old but gold! In the future we plan on revisiting these instructions to update the product descriptions and add some pictures. That being said, kudos to any one of you that documents the installation and sends us over the pictures for the benefit of the rest of the 993 community

That being said, we have an experienced customer service department and technicians that would be happy to walk anyone through the process of installation if there are any questions. Between the write up and the exhaust explanation video Martin was kind enough to post above, it should be a relatively straightforward installation

Come on!! We are almost there. I really want to place my order. We we get to five(5), my order is going into John at Fabspeed. I can hardly wait to get hooked up with the Fabspeed X pipe, cat delete, and maybe even the 200 cell cats. At 20% off, why not!

So what's the pricing on 200 sport cat set? Does it include the bypass pipes?
I only see 1895 and 995 options on the site. I recall there used to be a sport cat for 1495?

Very straight forward install. If you can change the oil, you can handle this one. Hell the oil change might even be more of a PITA! Hit the exhaust hardware with Kroil or PB Blaster and it should come off without drama!
