No affiliation but this looks like it might be worth a call for any one in the market.

Looked clean and stock...but my guess is if suspension is factory there is a lot more that is needed. Could be looking at $8k+ worth of refreshing if you use an indy. Given you're in CA with the smog/CEL issues, why not consider RLer's Foxman's 95 OBD1 coupe listed in the classified section. It's a $40k car plus $20k worth of recent work for $0.25 on the dollar; so at $45k you're all in. Plus black interior is much preferred over tan (just my opinion of course

I may end up regretting this though.
Looking at a current RL ad for a silver c2s with high mileage. Appears to be in good condition. Any thoughts on that? I've been reading a number of threads now and you seem to very knowledgable of the current market. In fact you all are knowledgable, so I appreciate the advice I'm getting here and there. Thanks

Whoever buys Foxman's car will not be disappointed!

I'm a bit biased as "my keeper" is a 130k+ miles silver/black C2S and is paired with a 125k+ miles 964 coupe. As these cars age, condition trumps miles. Having the top end done is a big plus. The car seems fairly priced less a few grand for incidentals such as proper wheels/tires and sprucing up of the interior.

Thanks u7t2p7. Just spoke with the seller. Car has been spoken for with deposit already. Damn!

I must say it is nice to see a high mileage S go fast. These are great drivers and with a higher mileage / lower entry fee example you don't need to be as concerned about values. Just drive, maintain and enjoy.
