I have the same as shown in post 12. I have seen at least 2 variants. Mine has a metal valve ( the art that attaches to the tire stem). And a different vision that is plastic.

I have used mine occasionally to pump up basketballs, soccer ***** and bike tires. Never had to us it for my car, I use a portable battery/compressor that I got from Costco for that.

I had one like this for my 86 Carrera. Ran very hot and after filling a few bicycle tires no longer worked. Even the lid latches dried out and snapped off. I suspect the only parts that came from Porsche on this thing were the stickers. Some day they will be a very rare part selling for hundreds if not thousands of dollars much like period correct tool sets for early 356. If I had one of these I would put it in a zip lock bag and bequeath it to my grand children. Andy

While it's not concours correct, I keep a manual foot pump in my trunk - foolproof.

I have one I got at Costco - works great. Not gonna win any prizes with it, but it fills tires and has a light
