Anyone order from Carnewal lately?
Ordered PSS10 back on Dec 13th and received confirmation right away as well as 4-5 day lead time and 3 day shipping. Since then, have not heard from Gert and my emails go un-answered. Ordered in the past and even set up a group buy through Gert with great service.
I'm puzzled and had to cancel my installation for tomorrow with no status from Carnewal.
Europe on extended holiday?
Not sure I would order from Carnewal again unless there is a good reason for this lapse in what is usually great service.

Last email I received from Gert was on the 17th Dec. I have a front rotor from a Big Red kit backordered and haven't heard anything since. I'll send him another email now.
Very happy with the service till now, but starting to need that rotor very soon as everything else installed.

Hmmm, I do know when I receive emails or not... and no emails were received in either of my two email accounts. Regardless and ironically, however; after posting my inquiry here on RL, I did receive 2 emails and 2 PMs from Gert which is greatly appreciated. It does turn out that Bilstein is on holiday and does not return until tomorrow.
Every time I have ordered from Gert it has been a great transaction and was well taken care of. As I inquired in my first post and it does seem the holiday played a roll in not receiving the parts as originally quoted as they did not ship as planned prior to the holiday.

Sorry for your frustration, but this has to be a spam issue. I've placed at least three orders from Carnewal since last September, including a tool kit and a few car covers. Gert responded promptly to each order, and delivered each time as promised. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Carnewal again. And yes, there is typically a modest customs tax that shows up courtesy of FedX a few weeks after delivery. Good luck with the install!

It is good to become familiar with it so you won't potentially lose emails in the future.
