My vote is OZ Alleggerita, as usual.

Light, relatively inexpensive, durable, readily available and easily replaceable (even single wheels,) and,,, LIGHT.

+ 993 ^^^ Both RUF's and Speedlines as mentioned previously, may be nice looking, but both wheel sets are boat anchors, along with being very pricey.
