Tarett Front Drop Link Drama
Has anyone purchased these;
http://www.tarett.com/items/993-964-...lnk-detail.htm
I did and my shop says the dont fit, there is no way they will clear the drive shaft as the bend isnt sharp enough. Ira Tarett was very helpful on the phone but didnt offer any real solution, it looks like they were made for a customer who has a special sway bar fitted and not a standard 4WD set up.
If you look at the OE ones;
There is obviously a more pronounced bend or curve to it.

If they won't work for you, just send them back, Ira will accommodate you.
I have Tarrett Engineering drop links front and rear....my car is lowered to RS ride height and has a MCS coil over suspension. The same drop links worked on my PSS 9 ...they are the straight ones...I'd take a pic but it is too hot in the trailer, and I'd have to roll the car out....

Im sure Ira will sort it out, Im a bit pissed at the problem due to my car being in the shop and I have paid big bucks for these, including taxes about $400 and they dont fit. Rears arent a problem, 2WD arent a problem, its fronts on 4WD that dont fit!!

I was under the impression that OEM were the only option for fronts with 4wd. Just had to replace one of mine and could not find anything except OEM that would fit.

Well Ira has refunded me with no problems at all, a real good guy to deal with. I real shame as I want these to work but as you can see from the photos there is no way they are curved enough to clear the drive-shafts. Worryingly he stills lists them on his site as for the 4WD cars................
