Any recommendations to replace tired-looking exhaust tips for C4S? ..... no motor sound package

If they are "tired looking" and you are just looking for stock style tips, have someone refresh them. Get them chromed, or spray them down with some black radiator spray paint.

Those wont fit your WB. Your tips are tapered. NB tips are straight.

FDM doesn't sell tips for WBs anymore.

BTW WB tips (excluding Turbos) do not have a taper. I would call it more of an an offset because the mounting end is offset, instead of straight like the NB and Turbo, from the tip end.

take 5 minutes and polish them with some polishing compound and a polishing wheel. Did my tips today they came out pretty nice.

I've seen fabspeed wide ovals on C4S and could not tell if they were any different from mine (stock wide ovals). Maybe side by side there is a difference...not sure.
