I just added Bluetooth functionality to my CR-1 with the . This solution should work with a CR-21 as well. It simply connects between your FM antenna and the antenna port on the head unit. The transmitter comes with 'Motorola Style' plugs so you'll likely need to source the right adapter plugs. You'll also need to connect it to a 12v lead and ground.

I also added a noise filter to the 12v line leading to the head unit to reduce alternator noise.
