I really haven't noticed much of a change but I really haven't done much spirited driving since switching to the 19's. I can confirm the ride is a bit rougher due to the lower profile tires.

 

I bought these today!

They are brand new in box. Only one of the 11s has been out of the box. Car is a long term project and picking these up put the cart way ahead of the horse.

Is it a misprint that they are 18x10 and 18x11 (fronts 10")? Or are they 18x8's in the front?
