Hi There,
Not sure if all the sets are spoken for, but I would also love a set. I also have the Hi-Fi setup. Will also PM as well.
Thanks so much for setting this up!
Cheers!

Last of this batch shipping out today
This brings this latest set of Hi-Fi door pocket reinforcements to a close.
I may put together a batch in a couple of weeks.
goofballdeluxe, Ash, tom97c4s - your sets will ship out today. I'll send you a PM with my PayPal link this evening.
JPS - sending you out a set of 50mm x 57mm rectangles for your standard door pockets.
DocTock993 - If you would like to be first in line for the next set, whenever I get to it, PM your shipping address to me. You will have to buy both pieces.

I got mine yesterday, and am in the process of installing now. Passenger side on, drivers side epoxy is curing as I type and will be finished this eve.
Best $10 ever spent!
Thanks again Brad!

What prompted the switch?
I truly hope the epoxy bonds well to both surfaces.
My recommendation is to use plumber's ABS cement. That stuff fuses the two pieces into one.

Advanced
DIbs on the one of the next batch
I took my car out of hibernation yesterday and found out both sides need reinforcement. I have a HiFi system and I'd like to reserve a set of your reinforcements the next time you make a batch.
Thanks!
Davis

The Lok-Tite plastic epoxy works wonderfully for this type application, so I have narry a worry. All installed, and resting comfortably for the Pelican C&C this Sat.
Thanks again

Installation question!
First of all - Beside the Box, THANK YOU for taking the effort to cut the ABS pieces and mill them for the HiFi pockets! I'm not even done with the project and it looks SO much better than the other side where the repair was cobbled together with sheet metal and a lot of epoxy...
I've followed the suggestions and have successfully attached the piece with ABS cement and let it cure overnight. The weld seems good and I do not see a need to fill in the missing pieces from the original part with epoxy.
Now I need to try to place the hole for the screw.
Having read the previous postings I'm still not clear as to how to do this "correctly".
Should I base the hole in the new piece on the bottom of the hole from the original?
BTB - you describe a thought about filling the attaching hole in the door handle and redrilling from new. What material would you use to do that?
I'm on the final stretch and don't want to mess this up!
Images - because everyone loves pictures!!!
The obvious need for this project...
Dry fit:
Protected and clamped:
Ready to drill:
