Personally, I have always preferred Eagle One Leather Conditioner. Put in on with your hand like suntan lotion, let it sit overnight, and wipe off any excess. I tried the Griot's stuff, it was greasy and smelled bad.
Also, I understand that Connolly's Hide Food is not good for cars like ours with perforated leather seats, because it collects in the holes and turns rancid later on.

Leatherique for leather. You put it on with your fingertips (the conditioner), let it bake in the sun for few hours, and when you go to remove the conditioner with the leatherique "pristine clean" and a soft rag, all the dirt magically comes to the surface of the leather and wipes right off. It can be ALOT of dirt!
I hear it is the best, though everyone thinks whatever they use is the best! When I run out of leatherique (ordered off the net from their site or call them) I might try Zaino leather conditioner as their wax is incredible.
My 2 cents.
