the new paint did a great job of disguising the surgery.
3 tools?
- saw or cut off wheel?
- drill press?
- grinder?

Almost right! Sub grinder with the 1/2" 120V drill motor to drill the 9/16" holes on the lift itself. Never get to use that much, with the rechargables always handy and capable for light work.

Mike,
This is CDI Adam in case you didn't put it together. You can take a look at my thread I did a couple years ago which should be educational on what Ed will be doing.

Friday night bump-festivities about 9:30 or so tomorrow morning. If I had to guess, motor comes down sometime between 10:30 and 11.
I've replied to the PM's with my address, if anyone else needs it, send me a PM. Thanks!
Oh, new thread on the project going up in a few.

Hi Ed!!!
Wished I was still in SD to have come to the party! Looking forward to reading your thread on the project. Seems weird having to consider what I need to do up here with my 993 to care for it during a winter (her first--as she's been a San Diegan since purchase)! Hope all is great with you--let me know if you're ever up in Reno-Tahoe area for work!

Hi Brian-great to hear from you! Yes, I can imagine that you are getting adjusted to life in winter, in the Sierras. I will ping you when I get up that way!
