not to drag this thread off line...I'm planning on a day trip to WGI on Saturday to see/hear this car in person. I'm just a short 2 hour drive away, and can't miss the oppourtunity.

Anyway, it's been many, many years since I have been to the Glen, and never for a PCA Club event. Looking for suggestions, BTDT, heads up, etc. Any perks that a PCA member, and 993 owner should know about. Yes I will be driving the car, probably even take the bike rack off the roof for such a special occasion.

So, best gate to enter, best palce to get access to, best place to park, etc...would be greatly appreciated.

Good luck @ WG, have fun! Hope you can make it to Mid-Ohio Club Race in mid Sept. No sure if I will make it up to RA for DE portion of TRAC this year, but would be great to see it out on track in person.

I occasionally invite my wife to see the really special builds here on Rennlist. This is one of them. She was very impressed with this one. After watching the video of it idling and then on the dyno her reply..."WOW, that car is a winner!" I agree. Your car is a real piece of work. KMR and Rothsport is going to be a hard combination to beat.

Clubregistration.net will have the race roster and group index.

They also will have live scoring through race monitor.

Were I you, I'd peek at the schedule and watch the enduro...probably Sunday. Gamroth will be the co-shoe.

KMR RSR 001

After a couple of days which were pretty much faultless we had a problem this morning that cannot be rectified at the track and are done for the weekend. 001 is now on the trailer and will head back to Kelly Moss to be prepped for Road America.

But all is not lost for the weekend. I have just bought a well known GT4 car which will arrive at Watkins Glen in a few hours and we will line up for the sprint races on Saturday and enduro on Sunday.

It's been a pretty hectic few days. I'll post further updates over the weekend.

Hmmmm....A new racer. I wonder if it is silver and also based on the 993 (Dawes)? If so, that is a nice piece of equipment.
