porsche993gtrsr we were wanting to make newer functional updates and so went with the 997 style bumper vents. It was more about aero than managing temps. I don't think there will be cooling problem with my car because of the large front oil cooler/bumper and hood ducting as well as the tail base "scoop" (which is also from a 997). But this is all theory until we can get the car into the real world and do some testing... I'm guessing that the older style bumper cuts you are referencing might also be about managing temps? And maybe less about aero?

Crawford have finished more of the carbon parts.

The last of the fabrication on the tub has now been completed and it was sent out yesterday for blasting back to bare. Tunnel, floor and mount required for the new Recaro seat are amazing as is all the other work done.
