First easy mod on a 993, take all the stuff out of the truck including spare, jack, tools, (keep it in your garage) and buy a flat tire inflation kit. You just made your car much lighter.
Also take out the engine shield, that was put in due to noise restrictions in some coutries, no use whatsoever and many say increases engine heat and valve guide wear.

Enzo. Nice ride. Maybe consider a mod now for your screen name from Enzo to Ferry?

Great area! I publish The Tanglewood Buzz Magazine. Let me know if you ever want to meet for coffee, perhaps Starbucks at Uptown Park. I'll PM you my email address. You're going to love the car. Just keep an eye out for potholes, cargo falling off trucks, old sofas in the middle of the freeway, etc... Remember, you are in Houston!

Enzo, All you haver to do is jack the back of your car you will see a black plastic cover where the engine is, it is secured by 4-6 screws (those 90degree screws) unscrew it and get rid of it, sell it on e-bay, not use for that, none of the p-cars after the 993 had that, my 991 does not.
