Haha! I wasn't planning on buying another one, I swear. This one came to me asking to be taken. And I'm so glad I picked it up. It's damn near perfect now.

Blackstone Oil Report on a Motul 5W40 oil that's been in the car for a couple of years or around 3500 miles. Last owner didn't drive the car much so he didn't change the oil once a year as most people recommend. And the results show no harm done from that. I was happy with the report. But switched to Sean Penn anyway.

Spicoli, or Hugo Chavez lovin' (PDVSA?) formulation?

(Who here ended up with his/Robin Wright's car?)

Yeah, now. Sucks for Maldonado, etc. that the money train looks to have broken down at the station.

Maldonado isn't that good anyway. I'm tired of pay drivers.

Ha, you pulled your post right when I was commenting.

So now I've gotta ask if it's the Anniston or Jolie blend?

I haven't updated this thread in a while mainly because the car has been parked since early November. My snowmobile has been quite effective in this never ending North East winter and the 993 has been just sitting.

But I did order a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche a few weeks ago and it just arrived:

And here is the option code sticker:

The sticker doesn't show the Aerokit for instance, among other things. I've realized that there are a few options "hidden" in the 09991 code and you need a CoA to decipher them.

Another interesting thing was the MSRP of the car - over $80K! Which was close to $10K more than my previous 1996 C4S cost new. Ain't that crazy!

Call PCNA and ask for one. It's about $100 if you're a PCA member and get the 10% discount.

My '91 928 had a sticker close to $90k. North of $50k was serious money in the 90's. Heck, it still is, or should be.
