I'm back... (Updated 11/01/13)
I've been away for four and a half months, putting 6,000 miles on my new turbo. Love that thing to death. But a well set up higher mileage local 993 just fell into my lap and I figured I'd pick it up and hang on to it for a little while.
It's a Sonderwunsch car from what I understand and comes with some pretty nice options from the factory - M030, ABD/LSD, sport seats, aluminum accents, etc. It's also been well set up by the previous owner so there isn't much there for me to do other than cosmetics.
It used to belong to a member here. I'm stealing a few pics from his FS listing back in 2010 since the car doesn't look any different now than it did then except for red painted calipers.
My near future plans are a set of wheels, RS tail, maybe RS rockers. And if I hang on to it I'm toying with the idea of a repaint in a TBD blue, most likely Maritime. It had a full respray 4 years ago so the "original paint" selling point is out the window.
I'll use this thread to give you guys updates on the car from time to time...

I think you need to be a member to see the images...
The turbo is going to get as much exercise as it has so far. It is a really special car that I plan on holding for quite a while.
