I tried the channel locks and a hammer and both pins on each door just won't come out. I'm not sure if im missing something. Here is a pointless video of me trying to hammer it out. Thanks!

Apply some duct tape or something similar to the painted area when you're hammering away, to protect the paint. Mine was on pretty tight like yours. I had to use a little bigger hammer and whack at it with a little more muscle.....but don't go crazy! It will come out slowly.

..... or set a small socket over the head of the pin, and span the top of the socket to the bottom of the pin with channel lock pliers: squeeze the pin into the socket.
