Yes, the dash is grey as well

Thanks for posting the 97 color chart. I would like to see photos os Rubicon Grey. It appears to be a bit darker.

Could be this Rubicon Grey??

Wow, that is a bad picture The left side of the dash look exactly like Rubocon grey while the right side is a dead ringer for Classic grey.

It is, of course, Classic grey as JPP mentioned. Classic is a colder grey with bluish/greenish hues to it. Rubicon is a warmer grey with definite purple/red hue. If you look again at your picture of the dash above and the comment I made, you'll see.

As Mike said above, the picture you posted is Classic Grey .. and it appears to be a very highly optioned TT with a full leather interior plus color matched center dash in leather and leather covered guages .. quite exclusive and fairly rare I would imagine.

Rubicon leather was a 'special order' item and is quite a bit darker ... here's a TTS with Rubicon full leather interior:

JPP, I've had Classic and Rubicon pieces in my hands next to each other. To my eye Rubicon is not much darker than Classic. Maybe a shade. It's more of a difference in hue. Here's a pic of a Rubicon and Classic steering wheels next to each other. In my opinion, this is pretty representative of the two:

Yes, seeing them side by side in the same light, I would agree .. it's a matter of hue/shade and not as big a color difference as I thought. Thanks for the reference ..

No problem The pic of the steering wheels is not mine, BTW, but is very similar to my first-hand experience.

Thanks for posting the Rubicon grey photo. Now it's clear to me it's not the color of my car.
However, since I'm looking to buy a leather DYE kit for my seats.

Now, what would be the right color... :S

Marble grey or classic grey??

Diego, just to make sure - can you make a couple of pictures of your interior with car outside the garage and no flash on your camera? I'm 99'6% sure it's Classic gray, but I'm concerned about variations I'm seeing.

Also, depending on who you get your dye from, you can generally send them something and ask them to match. Any interior would fade some over the years. You can take out and send them your shifter, for example. Or a door panel insert.
