I see a half cage roll bar in that 993...do you track it ?
I just got the car a few months ago. will this stupid grin on my face ever go away? The plan is to eventually do a couple DE's every season (and it was set up nicely for that by po) but at this point i'm still getting used to driving/owning her. So realistically I probably won't make it to the track this season.
Really nice pic, tells the story.
I have a growing appreciation for the baskethandle cars.
Whoever first applied the term baskethandle to the US spec. 993s rear must surely be a basket-case; it's aesthetic appeal can only be appreciated on a cabriolet with the roof down and tonneau in place
Aerodynamically speaking it also has the benefit of channeling air into the engine compartment while providing additional downforce over the highest point on the hump
All in all a baskethandle designed in the wind tunnel
....but that's a different post
