Hi,
I'm a regular in the 997 and Racing forum. I'm in Texas, and am interested in a 993 for sale in Encenitas. If you're available to check out this car before I spend on a flight, PM me. Thanks.

I swayed Flat-6 (who had kindly lent me his Code Reader--again!) to attend a car show down the street in Encinitas from where he did his R-PPI for ACAO--where we also ran into Ed Hughes. Ain't this a great place???!!! Viva Rennlist!

WE NEED PICS!!!
LvnTheDream,
Off topic, but how are you liking the Boss 302 LS edition? I was in Monterey when they debuted the car at the track last year. It definitely seemed like a beast like you sig mentions!

Chaos--The Boss 302 has been an absolute blast. I have really enjoyed learning to push a car that pulls...very different driving exp than P-Cars, for sure. Never been much of a Ford guy...but, am more into them now (mainly due to my buddy's passion for Fords: he owns that GT in the event pics; 2 68 Shelby's; and a Torino wagon). Bought the Boss from a guy who owns well-respected shop that customizes GT's and 302's--so it has a list of extras longer than my arm (racing oil cooler; aluminum drive shaft; custom gauges; full roll-cage w/5-Pt harnesses; ceramic headers; full Kook's exhaust system; MGW short-shifter, etc., etc.). I also really enjoy the apparent happiness the car brings people on the street...people love seeing--and HEARING it. Final observation: it's been fun observing some the "social" distinctions/practices/communication styles of Mustang board participants vs. Rennlist members!

That Arena Red coupe at Cardiff Classics has issues. The CarFax is virtually the entirety of service records and that shows the car failed emission recently (several times). It also has red paint in the front bumper trim and signs of an oil leak on the left side although difficult to see clearly with engine cover on. The lack of any history at all is multiple failed emission would make me walk in a second considering they want too dollar ($39k) for a bone stock car. Even the hood sticker didn't look right.
Interesting though was a weld seal in the front trunk. It just didn't look factory (but I could be wrong). Check this pic of mine (same year same spot)...perfect and then the red one in the same spot (both sides of front trunk). Is that factory? Here also a couple of pics from last night : )
