Be very careful with the oil tank filler tube (Convoluted one) these can be brittle and very easy to break.

Also when pulling the thermostat apart for cleaning, be careful once you remove the big c-clip on the bottom, make sure you keep the order of how all the parts come out (Springs etc.)

The bolt and tab holding the oil cooler lines was so rusted that I ended up taking the cooler, lines and tank out as one unit.

Thermostat apart and cleaned. Will probably clean again one last time. I'm seeing brown spots here I don't like:

Bummer. Thankfully, I live in a dry climate.

I think we all need shares in 'Gunk" for all the carb/brake cleaner that is used.

Yes, and it has a funky connector:

That seems like a really fast turnaround time.

Tank looks great. I sent my tank and cooler there as well. Wayne said it was about a 4 day turn around, once they had the items. Can't wait to start getting shiny clean parts back.

If you haven't already, just change out the guts of the thermostat for a new one. When mine failed, it looked fine, there is no visual indication of it failing but it did. And when thermostat fail, if you don't pay attention, the engine can overheat quickly.

A failed thermostat definitely shortens an engine life. Mine caused my valve guide to go bad in a very short time even after replacing the thermostat.
