Hi jg291446, if your in mtl area and you want to have a good upholsterer opinion, I would suggest you classic upholstery in mtl. Best is to drop by so they can see your seats.
As many mentionned, buying good old ones would be my choice. And yes, heating is a plus for a cab in qc.

How important to you is it to keep it original?
If yes, I would have them re done by a good upholsterer.
If not, go aftermarket, Recaro, Cobra etc... I have always like the Cobra Misanos.
Or you could try and dye them yourself, Leatherique products are top notch. I have only used their cleaner and rejuvenator oils though, which are excellent.

Do you have Cobra Misano's? I've been debating getting a set of Misano's AL or Anniversary edition to replace stock (vs Recaro or Sparco equivalent). They seem to be reasonably as far as cost for a lightweight (CF) seat. But I just don't know of many who have them in their 993's. I'm a little puzzled why.
