The Q is , I know they are asking $200k , what do you guys think this car will really bring to the table? I'm thinking $150k-$175k...
Pretty hard to find comps. Andial motor, unique PTS exterior and very low miles. Basically its what someone wants to pay over a bog standard low mileage TT to get something very special. If I were to bet then $175K+. The non factory motor may turn off the purists and thin the buying herd. At this level the buyer is probably looking for originality.

The big differences between my car and the car at Road Scholars is the Andial engine work and my mileage is significantly higher by 730 miles

Search the 993 Turbo forum. IIRC, a member there just sold his 993 Turbo with Andial upgrades. Basically, he priced it like a market 993 plus the Andial upgrades for about $0.50 on the dollar. Very fair, and the car sold fast, within 2 weeks.

So, this one is market price of say $90ish (at a dealership with 10,000 miles) and the Andial upgrades (depending on how much was done) was in the $50k range. Continuing along that line of logic $90 + $26 = $116K. So, it's like they are charging an extra $84 for the fancy paint. Seems rich?

My guess would be $170k-$180k. If they were offered $195k, they would have been foolish to decline.
Do not underestimate the value of "fancy paint" to the right buyer. I would value it a bit above Signal Yellow because Blood Orange is a more unique colour. By that I mean, there were other yellows offered, but if you want an orange 993TT with original paint, this Blood Orange car is it.
If they're willing to take $170k for this car, I don't think they'll have it for long. The right buyer will come out of the woodwork for it. I hope it's Rudy, because it deserves to be around his other 993s.
