Default Where does the Yellow Tool in the fuse box go?

I am sure it attaches somewhere but can't find it. I found it rattling around! Thanks!

There is a spot inside there where you just push it in vertically over by the spare fuses. In your pic the location is at the other end by the two red and blue fuses.

Looks like an old DME relay? Or are my eyes deceiving me?

Correct! An original with a date code of 210295. Its been reworked and is now more reliable than a 993 relay.

After taking the cover off my spare brand new 993 relay, I noted that some of the solder joints were no better than the original 944 relay.

I hear you. Just changed my 944 '96 DME relay, it is still working perfectly but after reading threads on DME failures I upgraded to a 993 DME relay. Retired the 944 DME relay to the glovebox.
