Well, the back ain't good-the L3-L4 disc is squashed good. I should've had it fused when I did the two below it 11 years ago.

I ended up canceling my trips yesterday and today, but armed with fresh Rx's of painkillers and steroids, am going to brave a trip to Dallas tomorrow. That meeting is one I cannot postpone with a once in a great while sales opportunity I've been working on a year, I'm very close to starting what will be our company's largest chain customer. The agony will be worthwhile.

The Doc asked me if the car looked good, I said of course-it's a 993- and freshly polished MB metallic paint!

Mike's story on the Audi stuff sure doesn't build confidence in their support in the states.

Do the arithmetic. . .
WOW. Thanks for the great idea! I've got relatives near the Neckersulm Audi plant and some that work in Stuttgart supplying the auto industry, so I now see how I might approach sourcing particularly expensive/hard-to-find Pcar & Audi parts!
Prost!

I just got my Automotion catalog in the mail and compared the price of the Porsche crest for the steering wheel with an older catolog. What was $59.95 for the crest is now $119.95!!!

I went with the silver logo from the 996 to match my silver hood crest. It's about an inch and a half longer, but I like the look.
