Looking for a Wooden Dash / wood interior if someone has one lying around.
Not steering wheel, nor shift ****, but the rest, thanks

I do have one. A friend with a '96 (I think) 993 bought it a few years back and never used it, gave it to me, and I never got around to it either. I'll find it this weekend and post a picture for you.

I'm a huge sucker for wood in luxury cars or old british sports cars, but its just not right in a 911. the car seems to teutonic for something like wood.

but good luck finding a set.

It doesn't look bad with the cashmere supple leather. I think it would look better in a cab than a coupe.

^^^ If that wheel is aluminum, it's worth a bunch of mahogany! What I want to know is .... how do they carve these liiiiittttle tiny switches to set the clock??

I have access to a huge vacuum mold construction machine, and am experimenting several materials in lieu of wood, carbon, or the actual vinyl for the dash. If results satisfactory, a DIY will be imminent...
