Work continues along with other 'work' around the house.
The front suspension pieces have been prepared and installed. Shocks and hubs, etc... to be install next.
The engine is in. I need to hook up other parts before I will crank the engine over (no DME) to pump oil around and fill the steering rack (check for leaks), etc...
Work continues for now, I hope to be done by October as that will mark one year since the engine drop.
Thanks everyone for the kind words of support!!!!
This forum is soooooo awesome!!!!!!!

The sway bars are TRG and theirs are blue.
I called Turbo Performance Center (TPC.com) who are also the developer of the Supercharger kit on my car. Talking with Tom Chang who is very knowledgeable of performance Porsche suspension recommended JRZ coil over shocks with Eibach springs (550 lb rear/350 lb front). I used RS drop links in the rear and M030 drop links in the front. After adjusting the spring heights, this is where I am... see pix. With Elephant Racing sport suspension bushings, Rennline solid sub-frame mounts, ride is taught, but not harsh. I like it!!!!!!! I did the front tie rod pining and I have to say the steering is crisp!!!! Very nice!!!!!! I will be getting the four wheel alignment soon and all should be better car control!!!!
While I am 'in there' I was able to address a number of small 'fix this' issues. Well worth the extra time to take care of these items. My car will be Like New now!!!!!

wow, great thread. I can't believe I haven't seen it before. Your experience was one of the inspirations for me to put the TPC kit into my car and it has been a great upgrade. Hope your finished product is all it looks to be.

I was reading through my threads about this 993 of mine and all of the kind, and supportive responses to this adventure. This reminded me as to the wonderful people on this site who share the passion for these cars. Kudos to this Web Site that makes this happen!!!!!
I have been driving and enjoying this car for three years and feel that it is time to sell and have someone else enjoy it. There are no issues with it, just that my situation/needs are changing.
This car will be listed in the classifieds of this site in a few days. I will be available to answer any and all questions to the best of my ability.
The Whole Story can be had in these threads:
