Did my front callipers the other weekend using the clearcoat method. They have turned out a treat and look just like new. Easy job in the end and very satisfying

Default Clear

Mine were not as bad as your Black Calipers. For me, I cleaned with a toothbrush and 3M Adhesive Remover. Then I wet sanded with 2000 grit being sure not to go too deep. I also used a razor blade to cut away some of the peeling clear. Then taped off the car and sprayed three coats clear 500 degree heat paint. Looks good though clearly a complete powder coating would be best. Have fun!
