Close enough for me - 1st, 2nd, 3rd look identical, and then 4 is very close, and 5 make sense given the power, and then use that end torque to full it out on 6th.

But I knew you would jump in Bill! :-)

cheers,

Mike

I believe if you use PMS gears you will not have the whine that happens from other suppliers....however that does not solve the cost issue!

You should also talk to Brian. You can search the threads...very well respected and also much closer to you.

FWIW getting him to schedule work is much easier in the winter.

Then you will only need another $30k to get a TT. If you regear you may decide that you don't need more power (at least for a while anyway).

I've grown to love that gear whine... could be that since every time I hear it I have a huge goofy smile on my face I associate it with good times.

I have a G50/21 but not exactly willing to part with it,I do have another G50/20
which needs assembly had a cracked bell housing section (new hsg included)and install new tail housing with mount(included),maybe sell for $3250. even a possibility of delivering to Mike Shatz ,his shop is down the street from my friend Ed's (Kundensport) whom he was most recently associated.

Yes - TT would be nice but will be next after this? We are addicts and we all want more - always! But at this point in time I've settled for what I have w/o giving up any dreams...

You will be the ones to know if that dream came true one day...

Don't blame you - should you decide you don't need that G50/21 please let me know! The G50/20 might be a good starting point and is definitively an option but I need to take a look at my options first to understand the financial aspects before making a decision. Let's stay in touch. I'm also talking to Germany to see I can't find something over there - will be in Germany for the Christmas Holidays and who knows, maybe I bring it with me?!

But a big thanks to everyone, and Happy Thanksgiving!

Re-gearing my car was hands down the best money (and most transformation improvement in overall sport driveability...is that word?) I've ever spent. I went ***** out and with the LSD the out the door cost was nearly $13K but oh man....love it. I also did it with nearly 100K on the clock because I'm keeping it forever barring some unforeseen event.
