I put serious thought into a similar mod 3.5 years ago.

IMHO, your contrasting colors rock
& hearken back to Porsches of yore
...whether 356s or Carrera GTs

Very nice! I plan on doing the same thing with the front end on my C2S. Do you mind giving a cost breakdown of all the front end items along with labour for painting etc? I need to start budgeting.

You can save money by buying used parts from e-bay, dismantlers etc.
I chose not to as my car is very low mileage
DO NOT use your US bumper and fill the bumperettes as this will inevitably lead to issues later
A Porsche certified body shop is the way to go as they have experience with the cars and will not learn / experiment on yours
PARTS for Porsita: (approx. prices)
Euro front bumper $1000 shipped
Tequipment splitters $440 (purchased 3 years ago)
Turbo S fog lights / intake $330
Euro clear indicator lights $200
Mesh grille $38
Fender and hood seals $190
Rear "S" split grille complete spoiler $450 shipped
LABOR for Porsita:
Best Porsche certified body shop in town $1900

My guess is that since you're only doing the front end, a top certified body shop that caters to Porsche, Aston Martin etc. will charge you somewhere between $1000-$1200 depending on the state of your original paint - avoid "blending"
Since the S has the Turbo front bumper you will not be doing the splitters and therefore have less labor; also I do not believe your car has a mesh screen in the lower front end

Do you have a source for the 993 aluminum door sills? I've been looking everywhere and can't find them either with 993, Porsche, or Carrera. Thanks.

Fvd Brombacher is were I got mine..... mind you it was two and half years ago
They are brushed aluminum identical to oem and made by the same company in Germany with a subtle, almost imperceptible 993 script in the correct style
I will post pics next week together with the RUF parts

Looking forward to seeing the RUF front strut brace. Where did you find that? I have a Perfect Power brace which is great.

Thanks, unfortunately they don't have the logo version anymore. I should have bought these when I saw them on eBay last year. Now they don't seem to be available anywhere.
