The older lens clearly looked age relative to the new one. Since autohausaz.com only had the passenger side in stock, i purchased the driver side from Sunset. I think it was about $115. So, 2 new lenses for about $180 plus shipping. That was the cheapest I could find for both sides...
I did the same, one from AutoHausAZ and one from FD Motorsports.

911pervy you were right. Thanks to all for the advice. Had time to work on it tonight. Fresh look helped too! Basically pressed the light with the new lense into the fender until it was a flush fit. Turned on the lights to be sure. Then I basically sat on the light to keep it from moving and turned the lever. It locked suprisingly easy. Now I dont know why I struggled so much before. So....2 nice looking fresh lenses in place look great. Thanks again everyone.
