At the time, nobody seemed to know the part number of those drain tubes. I have them now, but I'll leave the rubber plugs installed for now. If I did use them, I'd stamp out some open cell foam and insert them into the tubes to keep dust down; my luggage compartment was dusty/dirty with them in place.

When you see the pic of these, you'll understand Quad's comment. Its more of a tube and has a right angle in it to prevent water ingress. If you search the part # on Pelican it has a picture ($3.25 each).
