Here it goes...trying to describe odd sound which started today.
Sound is essentially a click, click, click (usually 3 clicks).
Appears to be coming from FRONT Passenger wheel well.
Happens in straight line and turning.
Occurs when the inertia of the car changes (ie starting out from a stop, decel (with and without brake), slight accel at low speeds.
Any ideas??

Thanks for al the suggestions. Nothing in tire or rotor.
Only clicks 3 times (1,2,3) when the weight shifts under accel or decel. Not a repetitive clicking.
Only seems to happen under weight shift/load transfer. May take a while.
I thought strut tower might be shifting, but hard to check.
Take a close look at the right front tire. You may have something attached or you may have tire problems... Easy place to start anyway.

A while back I was having a clicking sound in the right front of my 96 C2. It only clicked when the right front hit a depression in the pavement, so it wasn't a constant bother, but I knew something was wrong. Inspected everything I could, but couldn't find anything. This went on for a few months until I changed out front wheel bearings. I find it a little hard to believe that this was a wheel bearing noise, but the clicking went away and has never come back.
The only reason I changed the front wheel bearings was because I changed out the rear wheel bearings which were starting to moan a little, so I changed out all the way around. Don't know if this is related to your clicking or not, but just thought it is something that you may want to consider checking out if nothing else is found.
Good luck.

It almost sounds like something is rotating slightly. It's hard to say if it's actually coming from the wheel well because sometimes is sounds like the sill/footwell on the passenger side. COuld the oil lines be shifting back and forth for some reason? This may take awhile.

Start simple, instead of speculation. As noted, a nail/bold or whatever would click with each rotation. Simply roll the car slowly while someone looks at the entire circum. of the tire to make sure that isn't the issue. Then, delve into mechanical investigation.
