The silver calipers are interesting....
Perhaps an attempt to keep the car from being too busy and/or having the Big Reds clash with the red interior.
A subtle touch for an otherwise not-so-subtle car.

Looks like it may have started life as a Norcal Bay Area car (noticed the Carlsen Porsche stamps on the sticker and service books) before it headed east. Be curious to know the story as well.....

Truspeed had it listed (at some time, and 13k less miles) as a one-owner car.

The story on the net about the current dealer is not encouraging.
Good luck Rudy!

California Car....i got it from Truespeed...I dont think the dealer is bad or anything to worry about here especially since I know the car. I had a PPI when i purchased. Stock other than the wheels, fabspeed muffler bypass and Pss9's with corner balance...the stance is right on.
Still have the original wheels and mufflers by the way....
Some people dont like the wood interior but its beautiful...it goes well and is classy.
The black arm rests are original. No damage, original paint. Just the usual small paint chips on the front that were all there when I purchased the car.

where would you reccomend a potential buyer go...to get a PPI from?
What good local indy's are there?
Not me, if I had the cash, yes...then me. Hell if I felt I wanted to max out the Home Equity...then me.
But alas, not me.
just asking
and, IMHO...it just plain works for me-beautiful.

I absolutely love it, and even the wife said go for it, but unfortunately, it would be idiotic for me to write that check right now. It is going to be one of those cars I will totally regret not pushing the envelope to buy.
