Rear outer CV joints
The rear outer CV joints need to be replaced, the inner CV joints are OK.
Are the outer CV joints replaceable/available, or do I have to buy complete rear axles?

Unfortunately they are not. But you should try pumping grease into them first. Only the rear outer axles can accept axle grease. Take the wheels off, look for the center hole and crank away. That may solve your problem.
