Here you go,I did this a while ago, with 3 cores, needless to say temps are very close to ambient,
more fun for the intercooler addict!

WOW!!! That's tight! Hats off my friend!!

Can you let me in your engine secrets? I'm looking into building a reliable 600-700hp track engine from a 993 turbo engine. I would be very interested in hearing how you reached 800hp, what your budget was and which parts did you use.

Meanwhile there is some progress with this intercooler setup. The Supercharger outlet plenum is ready now, it's not pretty but it works. So is the charge piping on the supercharger side. Next is the charge air piping after the cooler. That is the easy part as I have large radius 90-degree elbows which I just need to cut to correct lentght and put together with silicone hoses.
Finally I need to bring a pipe from the throttle body into the intake filter box which I need to design and fabricate.
And of course I need to weld in a bracket for the MAP/IAT sensor...

Jesus christ on a motorcycle... THAT I want to have a go with at Ahvenisto... Scary...
Oh, and 1st call for buying your S/C kit when you obviously don't need it at that point!

IC looks good and nicely tucked in.

Gotta keep up with them big boys...

SC (with all the gizmos) is yours, when I pull the trigger on the turbo in 1-2 years.

Got the grille and the wing blade from the painter. Black paint + matte clear coat. Looks good IMHO!
I have to trim the holes in the wing for the grille tabs a bit but otherwise the fitment is great (wing is aftermarket, grille is OEM Porsche).

The charge piping is finished now. The filter box is all that is left before first test run...

Decided to skip the filter box for now and just installed the cone filter.
Filter box needs some engineering for which I don't time right now. It is getting colder and darker here so not many possibilities to take her out on the track anymore.

But, it's ready now!!!! First test will be on friday evening.

How much clearance do they require? There is not a lot of space under the coolers...

Mine is SUPER tight - but fit 3 fans right in there. Go to the SPAL web site, it is incredible the choices.......

Those things are pretty tight, 52 mm is what you need. Not expensive either.
