First Post - My '98 993 C4S
Hi all,
have been reading the site for a while and thought I should post and say Hello. This car is pretty new to me and I may be doing some upgrades soon and looking for advice...
-Needing new tires this fall and open to advice on brand, etc.
-the weather stripping around the driver door is pretty warn out. doesnt bother me but wondered if extra moisture getting in could be a problem down the road.
Love this car.. well, thank you all for your great posts and looking forward to enjoying more of your great cars and information.

Polar Silver Metallic (more expensive silver paint option) with Black Leather and Brushed Aluminum Trim
Here is a list of the options on the car. Honestly - some seem pretty standard equipment but I am not sure how these cars were really sold in 1998 - did it most likely come from the factory and someone picked it out of a showroom like this.. or did someone sit down with a list and pick all these options? either way .. whoever put it all together in '98 totally nailed it for me.

A C4S with sports seats, litronics, motor sound, turbo twists (albeit solid) and stainless accents... Doesn't get much better! 
I'm intrigued with the "anti-drive-off feature." Does this mean no immobilizer from the factory?
