One way to identify genuine RUFs. The OEM Porsche center caps do not fit flush on the real RUF wheels. They are the proper size for the center but protrude from the wheel a bit. Of course the RUF caps fit flush.

The wheels are available in polished and painted versions. The are lighter than the cast RUF wheels but not light in the true sense of the word . Price is around 6000 eur + VAT for a set. They are not identical to the earlier RUF wheels as you can see but the design is similar and they weigh a bit less.

No optical illusion. The middle pic was right after I got the car back from RUF. The other pics are after a few other RUF bits were added. Check out the side mirrors too...
