Saw the $700 BIN price and started thinking bad thoughts!

I know of one that was sold through TruSpeed 3 years ago. Seriously thought about pulling the trigger on it, but at the end decided that it was too nice for how I was going to be using it and got something $12K cheaper.

What do you think happened? Guard rail? Armco?

Slide, hit passenger rear quarter, then came around and hit passenger front corner?

^^^ It looks like the typical hit points for lift throttle oversteer .. high speed, hit some water in a corner and panicked?

Yes, I know the auction is just for the door, I'm hoping that somebody picks up the whole thing and fixes it.

I say very possible, depending on the condition of the diff, etc.

That car is seriously twisted, nothing is beyond repair...but yikes!

That car is totaled - I bet frame damage both front and rear, major rear suspension damage, front suspension damage, wheels, quarters, you name it - and pushed driveshafts into the transmission which is likely busted, cannot see the total rear damage but it looks deep enough to push against the engine, etc.... you get the idea. Nothing is unfixable but does it make sense money wise - likely no.

Nice source for some parts!
