OC-- Someone out there has!
Not my 993, but you may find helpful info in my old "rear grill paint-- contrasting color" thread, when I was considering contrasting grillz for my '08-'09 Speedster build.
You can see below that Graham later chose that road

Some closure for you.
I decided on a very dark gloss metallic gunmetal. Very difficult to capture as 'true' in photos, but this is close.

Lopro - Yes - his is the opposite - 'silver' grill on 'dark-grey' car.
Thanks Mr Pervy; it looks even better in real life IMO.

That looks very nice! I ran the body-colored split grille on my narrow body for a little while and it didn't look right. But a different color makes it so much better!

I didn't want to make any assumptions, hence the quotes around the 'dark-grey' and 'silver'.
So that's the factory stahlgrau grill, mirrors and door handles? Opo's done his Turbo2s in stahlgrau as well?
Yum.
