Chaoscreature is the guy making them, great to deal with

Porsche just made a batch of them and they are about $85..If I hadnt already had mine on backorder 9now filled) with Sunset I would have definitely bought the one chaoscreature makes..his looks more substantial

Actually my car already has one. I mixed up this brace and the strut brace.

I still have more of mine around too.
$57 shipped with insurance gets you a billet 6061-T6 brace that's hand made in San Diego. Also comes with two of the longer M8 grade 12.9 socket head cap screws

if my steering feels rattley does this mean my support bracket is broken - no oil dump or any other signs of bad rack

Probably not.
I would check your inner/outer tie rods first since you can get at them without removing anything. I don't think the rack support braces ever break.

Bump for those who might be new and don't know about the rack braces. I still have more @ $57 each shipped anywhere in the US (local pickups are okay too, $50 )

Check inside your inner tie rod boots, mine showed only minor signs of a leak, and non around the boots, when I pulled the boots off they were filled with PS fluid.....
