I just noticed that when I turn the AC on, I get cold air from the vent on the left side (drivers side), and hot air from the middle vents and right side (passenger side). Any thoughts?

Your right side mixing flap servo has probably given up the ghost, stuck in the open position. These two servos control the heated air flow on each side of the dashboard.
Check mixer flaps operation by turning the CCU temperature **** to maximum and minimum. Both mixer valves should simultaneous open and close accordingly. The servo/valve assemblies are placed in the foot wells, behind the carpet walls. You can also use a Porsche compatible OBD tool to read out any fault codes.
Cheers,
Tore

On the side carpet near the footwell you will see two screws embedded into the carpet. Remove this and you will see a corrugated hose. With that removed, start the car and turn on AC. If you feel a rush of hot air from that area, you might just have a hole in the hose. I always try the easiest to access and cheapest fixes first.

Alex, Scantool can perfectly both read and clear the CCU fault codes. My T-OBD interface does not limit this in any way. Thanks and cheers,
