9M was making the engines for the first Singers. Now they've gone with Cosworth, and it all starts with a 993 engine that is reworked to perfection!

Darin Fister puts his golden rod and short shift standard also. He works closely with Rob. Its the Porschest 911 ever!

Yeah, they are using FDM's SSKs and Golden Rods. Of course as part of the agreement, Mark and I are each getting our own Singer 911s!

NOT!

But seriously, we are excited to have our fingerprint on even a tiny part of these magnificent cars. I almost had the opportunity to work on the exhaust, but it didn't work out logistically.....now that would have been kick a$$!

I need to become a big-time drug dealer. Or win the lottery. Or sell my body.

i guess, JP ment the lightspeed classic (as he posted) The PS ST clone is another german competitor for Singer.

technically the PS concept seems better for me since they use a 964 for donor car, not a 911 like the lightspeed. better performance, suspension, brakes, abs, etc. However the lightspeed has some more masculine and modern look (for me at least) like the Singer. I have to admit, that the Singer is state-of-art but to be honest, the price is way too high. For the price of the singer you could have one of the german competitors and a 993TTS. But quality has it's price...
