Jeff,
What info do you want? Are you considering running the car as a clone now or staying in GT4s? For suspension and setup I would differ to Chris Cervelli who has raced and built RSR's. To actually clone the car you still have a bunch of goodies to add to your car.

Hey Bob
Not looking to clone...my new motor is on the way back from Gamroth now and I have officially spent my fun money for the off season.
I'm really just interested in understanding what made the RSR different from the RS or cup of the same time period. HP , weight , suspension etc.

Are you going wide track? Did you move the front suspension out 30mm on each side? Some of the biggest tweaks are the front width, larger flares rear. RSR tilt kit to the rear which allows the lower roll center and ride height. Now you have the big motor. What diff is in the trans? Did you retain power steering or go to the electric pump? When Glen added the pump to his car he was surprised that the car picked up over 8whp, but that is what it should. If you have any budget left add the clubsport flares ( they are cheap) and move the front suspension out and add spacers in the back. That change is worth 1 sec easily on any track.

Bill V is the man to fill you in with everything RSR
But I think you have to be specific bec there are so many differences. Maybe start with suspension? Or engine?
He just posted a table with various differences in specs like front width etc between RS, stock 993 and RSR.

As per bob, the changes from the 993 Cup car and the RSR were quite substantial. Realistically the only thing that remained the same was the body shell which was an NB body, some other changes:
- Front suspension side carriers moved out to the outer mount points (if you do this to an early 993 you have to put a spacer in for the brake booster + other bits)
- Engines came in 2 specs: Sprint and Endurance. The sprint engine had 12.5:1 pistons and different cams these engines were good for 380 to 400hp (some were more). The endurance engine was around 11.5:1 and put down approx 360hp. They were all Individual throttle bodies and used a multitude of different ecu's.
- had a serpentine belt like the Clewett kit for the fan/alternator
- Some of the cars came delivered with tilt kits, but most had just the stiffer read carrier bushings.
- Solid engine and transmission mounts
- Weights were somewhere between 2300 and 2500 lbs
Gamroth is he best person to talk to as he has one.....
