Your serious right? It's the trip meter. The push pin in the bottom resets it to zero. j/k

But when I had my car idling, it started at 110.3 then 20 mins later i came back it was 110.5. I didn't drive it at all!

The trip odometer is physically tied in with the main odometer, and they don't advance themselves. Maybe you just thought the 3 was a 5. Or your car took a little walk around the block because it didn't like sitting around idling.

You got to thank P-daddy. He posted the correct answer on post #9.
Now you do know the function of the upper six digits right? It's the up counter to 000000. It's really called the "reminder" to remind you how long ago the car left the factory.
