Default Best source for Pole Positions?

Are they factory regulated pricing, or is there a source that is better than others?

Looking for black leather, and I'm probably going to order with deviated grey or silver stitching.

Have you tried a search in the archives or on the website called Teh Google? Bet you'd find your answer there.

Hoping that's tongue in cheek. Of course. A) archives aren't always up to date or reflect if someone recently found a deal, and B) Google doesn't typically crawl into smaller-time non-standard ecommerce catalogs of some of the racing suppliers and summarize the pricing. Hence, asking here.

Teaching you how to fish. There is at least one supplier here on the list and a myriad of them on Google.

With all due respect, and truly not trying to hijack my own thread, as you are a valued resource on this board, if you don't want to contribute to the thread, don't.

I've obviously looked at Google and on this board. That will NEVER cover the individual deals that people sometimes find. Every good fisherman asks those on the lake where the fish are biting.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled programming, anyone find any good deals on leather PPs? I've seen $1175 so far, but wondering if there is anything better.

I know that TCklineracing.com sells them. Thourally investigate mounting and headroom before you commit. I know that it can be tricky..

That does explain all the posts on checking to see if your head rubs.

And what's wrong with that?

Seriously, using the words "Recaro Pole Position" will yield the desired results.

Best price I have found was thru TC Kline Racing as well....met them at a PCA club race at Road America last year and they seemed like a 1st rate shop.

Did they cut you a deal? Online the pricing is pretty standard.

Here's one from google for $1145 (with free shipping). http://www.garagespec.com/collection...ducts/recaro14

I think the best bet to get deals (other than from on-line) is to call the usual suspects, OG Racing etc. or those on-line vendors and if possibility, meet them at car shows or races, then you might be able to get better deal than what they put on-line.
