My wife says we can leave a little earlier than anticipated so I might be able to make it. Its a 2 day drive so we'd have to leave Thursday AM.

You should swing by. I'm doing,..um, a little work on your old ride. Keith is my partner in crime on this. While he's rebuilding my distributor (the belt broke under gentle finger pressure when we got to it, talk about good timing), I've got the brakes apart to powdercoat (at shop now), rebuild calipers, new rotors, pads and new stainless lines. It's gonna look sweet with those Fikses.
And I'm replacing the sunroof seals!

A nice update, we have secured Whitstran Brewing for our event, so the brewmaster himself will be there pouring at least 3 different beers! Since we are also in the middle of the Columbia Valley we will have several great wines here as well. Make sure you put this event on your calendar!

Travis, those look like the sand ladders that I kept on the rack of my 69 Landrover Series IIA. This event sounds like a great weekend! I will need to verify the dates as the summer calendar is filling quickly.

A quick update on Lodging for those of you attending:
I have reserved a block of rooms at the Red Lion in Richland right on the Columbia River. The room rate is $99 and it includes breakfast Sunday morning. The hotel will provide us reserved parking set aside from all other cars as well as security during the night . The hotel is just 3 miles from the festivities.
To make a reservation call the Red Lion direct at 1-800-RED-LION and reference "993 Fest"
